Littleham Village Hall

Film Night

This Saturday

2nd Nov 2024

October’s film, The Fall Guy was a full throttle comedy with good reviews, which was maybe a little more action-packed than the usual Film Club screenings. We can’t always guarantee that everyone will love everything we show, however we are always looking to share critically acclaimed films with our members.

The committee always welcomes suggestions for future screenings.

Our November film is Fly Me to the Moon, a sharp, stylish romantic comedy starring Scarlett Johansson and Channing Tatum, set against the high-stakes backdrop of NASA's historic Apollo 11 moon landing. Brought in to fix NASA's public image, sparks fly as marketing expert Kelly Jones (Johansson) wreaks havoc on launch director Cole Davis's (Tatum) already difficult task. When the White House deems the mission too important to fail, the countdown truly begins...

As always, we meet at Littleham Village Hall, 6.30pm for a 7.00pm screening on Saturday 2nd November.

A well-stocked bar; a glorious raffle; free tea, coffee & biscuits in the interval; £1 ice creams; tall seats on the back two rows and a warm welcome will greet you.

Come early if you like to sit in the front and benefit from the subtitles.

Hoping to see you on 2nd November for the last film screening of this year,

The Film Committee and our Wonderful Volunteers
